The gas chromatograph in transformer oil adopts a three-detector process of single injection, double-column parallel, with TCD detector and two FID detectors, in which H2 and O2 are detected by TCD. Hydrocarbon gases (methane, ethylene, ethane, acetylene) are detected by FID1, and CO and CO2 are detected by FID2, overcoming the influence of CO and CO2 on hydrocarbon gases, especially the influence of acetylene, and the detection limit of acetylene can reach 0.05ppm.
